The location of the accommodation is convenient, with easy access to the nearest park and ride for visiting York. there are nearby amenities such as a popular Indian restaurant. the rooms provide basic necessities like tea, coffee, and clean towels.
The shower in the bathroom was grubby and had weak water pressure.

Great experience with wonderful hosts and fantastic food and beer. Atmosphere was electric and the clientele was great. TVs in all rooms with all channels. Spotlessly clean including the WCs. Will be back soon.
The accommodation was disappointing. First impressions were not good with a dark stained flush door.

Its friendly and helpful staff will go above and beyond to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Plus, the location is ideal for those attending nearby events.
The rooms located in the converted outbuilding can be noisy due to thin walls. , while it is in a good location for those attending events nearby, it might not be the best option for those wanting to explore the city of York, as it is a 10-minute bus ride away.
